  3.    The ranking text tells you at a glance how you are doing 
  4. compared to the other players.  You can see eight characteristics 
  5. that should help in planning your tactics.  The value in parenthesis 
  6. tells you your place in comparison to the others.

  8.      Planets - Tells you the number of planets you rule.
  9.      Ship Power - The sum of your ship's weapons, shields, move 
  10.                             and detect.
  11.      Total Output - The sum of all your planet's outputs.
  12.      Rank - Your overall rank in the game (The average of your 
  13.                   other ranks)
  14.      Avg Weapon - Your planets average weapon value.
  15.      Avg Shield - Your planets average shield value.
  16.      Avg Move - Your planets average move value.
  17.      Avg Detect - Your planets average detect value.
